Welcome to Gogotes. Please read the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our platform, website, or services (collectively "Services"). By registering, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
- "Services" refers to the cloud-based digital exam management software provided through https://gogotes.netlify.app/.
- "User" refers to individuals or institutions (such as schools or companies) registered to manage exams.
- "We/Us/Our" refers to the administrators of the Gogotes service.
2. Account and Security
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information (name, email, organization) and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We are not responsible for unauthorized access due to security negligence on the User's side.
3. Payments and Credits
Our service uses a credit system. You only pay for the number of participants who take the exam. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs, code, and platform content of Gogotes are owned by Us. The exam data and participant data you upload remain yours, but you grant us the right to process such data for the operational purposes of the Services.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" without any specific service level agreement (SLA) guarantees. We are not liable for any indirect damages or data loss arising from the use of the Services.
6. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or delete your account at any time without prior notice if we detect terminal system attacks, brute force attempts, or any other unauthorized activities that compromise our infrastructure. In such cases, any remaining credits within the account will be forfeited and are strictly non-refundable.
