- Organization: Organization name, organization address, and company name.
- Contact: Phone number or WhatsApp number.
- Others: Organization logo and timezone settings.
1.2. Participant Information
Participant data we store is very limited, only including:
- Identity: Participant name and external ID (such as Student ID or Employee ID) provided by the organizer.
1.3. Information Collected Automatically
We use third-party services like Google Analytics to collect technical information such as IP addresses, browser types, and timestamps to analyze usage traffic.
2. Use of Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Serrvice Provision: Operating platform features such as exam management and grading.
- Communication: Sending account-related information or service updates via WhatsApp or Email.
- Security: Verifying identity and preventing system abuse.
- Security Auditing: Monitoring suspicious activities to protect our system from cyber attacks.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on trusted third-party servers located in Indonesia and Singapore. We encryption (SSL/TLS) during data transmission.
4. Data Retention
We store your personal data for 1 year after your account becomes inactive or is deleted. You may request earlier data deletion by contacting us.
